All College at Florham residence halls feature free laundry facilities, cable television and telephone service, including voicemail. In addition, the university provides each student with a high-speed Ethernet connection to the University computer network, providing access to the University's Novell and Unix file servers as well as the Internet.     

Florence and Hamilton Twombly Halls, which usually house first-year students, are traditional-style residence halls, coed by floor, with spacious double rooms and common bathroom facilities.

Twombly Lounge, a large relaxation and study space provides a place for students to gather and spend time outside of their rooms.  Twombly Lounge, which was refurbished in the summer of 2004,  also features large projection screen TV and is Wi-Fi enabled.

The campus Academic Support Center also is housed in the Twombly complex, offering resident students easy access throughout the day and evening to free tutoring, special seminars and one of the university’s computer lab.
