These graduate certificates are 12-credit / four courses within the Master of Administrative Science (MAS) program. The following certificate can be taken on a matriculating or non-matriculating basis and also can be taken as post-graduate certificates for students who have earned a graduate degree. The minimum number of students per class is ten.

Choose any four courses:

MADS 6712 – Special Topics:  Envir. Issues & Comm. Development
MADS 6720 – Special Topics: Metropolitan America: Influences of the Past & Future
MADS 6622 – Community Development
MADS 6623 – City & Regional Planning
MADS 6624 – Urban Politics
MADS 6625 – Financing Community Development

Students need to take one other course from among those offered in the MAS program.
