Management MBA Corporate Communication Concentration

Department of Management

The MBA in Management with a Concentration in Corporate/Professional Communications is designed for students who wish to combine a broad education in the various areas of business with a concentration in the skills and competencies required of organizational communication specialists.  Students fulfill the core and breadth requirements of the MBA program and select four courses from the graduate Professional Communications programs.

The management department course offerings emphasize:

Our expert faculty combine scholarship, business experience and teaching excellence to help students become more aware of the challenges that face global business leaders and develop to tools, competencies, and long-range mindset needed to meet these challenges.  Our management curriculum emphasizes a strategic orientation towards managing people, leading individuals and organizations through times of change, and work on actual HR/OD consulting projects.  We also promote the values of ethical leadership and sustainable business practices. 

Degree Requirements

All students enrolled in the MBA program must complete the MBA Core Curriculum in addition to their major-specific requirements listed below.
