Dr. Diane Wentworth is a faculty member in Fairleigh Dickinson University's psychology department and Director of Graduate Programs. She teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the area of industrial/organizational psychology. She also provides consulting services in the areas of human resource development and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Dr Wentworth was a consultant with the Hay Group, providing organizational effectiveness and compensation services to Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Wentworth holds a M.A. and a Ph.D. in psychology from Wayne State University. She is a member of the Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
