Her research interests include effectiveness of change management strategies, unethical behavior in organizations, and diversity issues. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management Review, and Journal of Business Ethics among others. She has conducted executive training and organizational change consulting in a variety of profit and non-profit organizations.

His research interests are workplace flexibility, high-involvement work practices, work-family balance, and environmental performance. Dr. Behson has also taught at as a visiting professor at the International University of Monaco, in Monte Carlo, Monaco, and La Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. |

Cleaves Clinical Assistant Professor of Management; B.S., Lehigh University; M.S., Princeton University; M.B.A., Harvard University has more than 20 years experience in business and organizational development. This experience comes primarily in the global supply chain management software and consulting industry serving multinational chemical and pharmaceutical companies. He teaches business ethics and in our pharmaceutical management MBA program. |

He emphasizes connecting students to the world of work through the use of business mentors and community service projects that offer the chance for “learning management by doing management.” His research concerns interdependence between individuals and groups as well as the factors contributing to sustainable business practices.

He has served as President of the University Faculty Senate, President of the Eastern Academy of Management, and in various leadership positions for the Academy of Management. He is Principal Investigator on an action-research project funded by the National Science Foundation, in which a team of academics, managers, and labor leaders strive to improve service effectiveness in the US Department of Veterans Affairs. ![]()

His research interests include healthcare reform, managed medical care, healthcare planning, and patient satisfaction. Professor Scotti is also a consultant to a variety of healthcare organizations. |
