Our evaluation service is designed to help entrepreneurs and management of all types of organizations develop, refine and target their business plans. Whether you are looking for funding or updating your strategic direction, business model and/or products and services, this expert assistance will help you achieve your goals.
We will provide a written critique of your plan including assessment of the viability of your business model, products/services, evaluation of your strategy, and persuasiveness of your financial plan.
Complementing this written evaluation will be a one hour consultation by phone or in person with the faculty member(s) who has/have reviewed your plan.

Steven Fulda, a professional business planner who teaches and mentors business planning and entrepreneurship and coordinates FDU’s popular Business Plan Development program. His 45 years of experience includes creation and development of business plans, and redirecting strategy and operations for over 200 companies, many of them startup ventures. Previously, Steve was Corporate Division Manager - Business Planning for a Fortune 100 company, responsible for development and assessment of business strategy and planning for six of the company’s subsidiaries. He has sat on nine corporate boards over the years, including four in the nonprofit sector, and has applied his financial planning expertise for chairing the Audit Committee of a public company for four years.
George Maddaloni is a successful entrepreneur and experienced executive who has taught business planning at FDU for the past 15 years, including playing a lead role in the Business Development Program. With over 35 years of industry experience, he is a former senior executive in a Fortune 50 company as well as a Principal at a leading technology consultancy and the President of a NJ-based high-tech venture. George currently is the Founder and Managing Director of TVM Associates, LLC, a consultancy providing business planning, strategy and market development for high-tech businesses. He has been on the Board of several startups. In his capacity as an educator and business executive, George has been involved in the planning and development of business plans for over 100 companies.
Gina Tedesco, a serial entrepreneur and professional business consultant, teaches our Entrepreneurial Finance graduate courses. During her career, she held various senior management positions in a multinational company, including overseas postings in Paris, France and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Her 20 years of experience includes co-founding 3 successful ventures. Gina spent 4 years with a publicly held biotechnology company she co-founded, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer, helping to raise approximately $30 million through private placement financing and strategic partnerships. She has served on the boards of both public and private ventures. Currently, she is President of Opus International, a consultancy providing a wide range of services including creating and developing viable business plans and implementing strategies for a variety of businesses.
