FDU-Vancouver
At FDU-Vancouver, the term "university" is used under the written consent of the British Columbia Ministry of Advanced Education effective May 8, 2006, having undergone a quality assessment process and been found to meet the criteria established by the ministry. Fairleigh Dickinson University is the first non-Canadian institution to gain approval under the stringent standards adopted by British Columbia in 2003.
| School of Pharmacy
The Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Pharmacy has been granted Precandidate status by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, 135 South LaSalle Street, Suite 4100, Chicago, IL 60603, 312-664-4652, www.acpe-accredit.org
Precandidate status: Granting of Precandidate accreditation status brings no rights or privileges of accreditation as associated with either candidate status or fully accredited status.
Precandidate accreditation status indicates only that planning has taken into account ACPE standards and guidelines and suggests reasonable assurance of moving to the next step, that of Candidate accreditation status. Since Precandidate accreditation status does not create any rights of accreditation under the ACPE standards, it is the opinion of ACPE that graduates of programs of Colleges or Schools of Pharmacy that bear Precandidate accreditation status do not meet the educational requirements for licensure. | Wroxton College
FDU’s Wroxton College in England has been accredited and awarded ASIC Premier College Status by the Accreditation Service for International Colleges (ASIC), which evaluates academic institutions in terms of quality, resources, student support and ethics.
