It is never easy to start a new job. Any new position presents several challenges simultaneously.  As you take on the role of teacher, colleague and researcher in Becton College, there are people here to assist you in those transitions.  The following is a list of "things to do" that will hopefully make your first year at FDU a bit easier.

• Reference the New Employee Orientation website on the Human Resources homepage.
• Make contact with Mark Sapara, new faculty liaison in Becton College, who can answer many questions you may have or at the very least direct you to the proper source.
