September 16 – Wednesday | Social and Professional Savvy workshop | Vanessa White, Etiquette Consultant and founder of Positively Poised, presents social and workplace etiquette. |
September 23 – Wednesday | Resume Writing Workshop | Learn how to write effective resumes and other related documents. |
September 24 – Thursday | Interviewing Skills Workshop | Prepares students for job interviews by learning how to answer difficult questions. |
September 29 – Tuesday | Outreach | Career Development Staff member available to speak with students about department services and events. |
September 30 – Wednesday | Career Preparation Workshop for International Students | International students learn to assess interests, skills and abilities and how to apply to career goals. Resume writing, interviewing techniques are also covered with the aide of a workbook handout. |

October 7 – Wednesday | Volunteerism Workshop – A Two-fold Opportunity | Students learn the value of volunteering their time, what options different organizations offer and meet organizational representatives. |
October 8 – Thursday | Mock Interviews (by appointment only) | Students are video taped while being interviewed and then they are critiqued and given suggestions on how to improve their performance. |

They are dedicated to safeguarding biodiversity and ecosystem integrity and building sustaninable livelihoods for marginalised communities and how you can volunteer for one of their projects |

October 28 Wednesday | Major Madness – co-sponsored with Office of Academic Advising | Students meet with faculty to discuss current and prospective majors and minors. Learn about academic programs, i.e., Wroxton, QUEST. |
