Your company can also assist ISE by donating to the following programs:

A.    Support Sustainability Education:

• In Public and Private School Systems Kindergarten through Higher Education – Develop a variety of venues for expanding awareness and understanding of sustainability in elementary schools through colleges and universities.

• Through Sustainable Campuses –Transform FDU’s university and other higher education institutions so that they become environmentally sound and better serve the social and economic needs of their surrounding communities.

• With Public Education and Polling – Help develop and coordinate public forums to educate the general public about the importance of conservation in light of global warming and climate change in New Jersey and what they can personally do.  An annual poll independently conducted by FDU’s PublicMind can help monitor New Jersey’s progress.

• With Service Learning – Provide opportunities for students to contribute to the community through service learning projects.

B.  Nurture Sustainable Start-up Businesses

• Sustainable Business Incubator (SBI) - Create the infrastructure to support the development of   new ventures providing innovative solutions in renewable energy, commercial and industrial  recycling,  carbon offsets, energy auditing, electric vehicle design, alternative transportation solutions, and more - and support the development of strategic solutions to benefit your industry.

C.     Support Sustainability-Related Research

•  Sustainable HR Research – Research uses state-of-the-art techniques to establish
   relationships among leadership, practices, sustainability, and firm performance.

Sponsors:

Sponsors are those who help partially or fully underwrite specific ISE initiatives (minimum of $1000). The sponsorship money will be used specifically for that initiative and the sponsor will receive an accounting of the usage of the funds.  They will be listed as an ISE initiative sponsor.

Contributors to Specific Initiatives:

• We welcome tax-deductible contributions to any of our specific ISE sponsored initiatives in any amount.  Any individual, or any organization, contributing an amount of $1000 or more will be listed on the relevant initiative materials as a sponsor.

Benefactors:

• Benefactors are those who give ISE one time grants which are not specific to any initiative.  In most cases foundation grants and donations will come under this category.  Research granting organizations who make initiative-specific grants will not be included as benefactors, unless there are specific reasons to do so beyond the research grant relationship.
