Shorter Programs at Wroxton College

Graduate students, non-traditional-age undergraduates, and part-time students may find it difficult to take a semester-long class at Wroxton. Happily, every year there are a number of opportunities for rewarding visits to Wroxton with substantial academic content, but with duration as short as a week or even less. Summer programs are listed on the Summer Study admissions page, and a specific upcoming program is shown below.

Short-term Study Abroad this summer might be a great option for you!

Have you thought about studying abroad at Wroxton College, Fairleigh Dickinson’s campus in England, but a full semester just didn’t seem possible?

We understand the challenges of your academic schedule and commitments to family and work and know that a full semester abroad might not be possible.  With this in mind we are offering a summer Shakespeare course at Wroxton College taught by two of its most distinguished faculty members, Professor Keith Parsons and Dr. Pamela Mason.

ENGL 3418 Shakespeare on Page, Stage and Screen

“The course will provide an assessment of the different experiences offered by performances, on both stage and screen, of a selection of Shakespeare’s dramatic works”

Aside from the 3 credit course (involving attending three theatrical productions) there will also be excursions to London, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and Warwick Castle.

Dates:

Arrive at Wroxton College: Sunday 28th June
Depart from Wroxton College: Friday 10th July

The per-student charges are:

  • Room & Board: $685
  • Tuition: $2463
  • Fees: $150

Airfare is not included. You will want to make your own flight arrangements, especially if you plan to extend your stay before or after the dates of the class.
