Message From the ChairWelcome to the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. We invite you to spend some time reviewing our programs, clubs, activities, internship and mentoring opportunities, and faculty research interests. Our program is nationally ranked, highly respected and taught by faculty who hail from many different parts of the world. Our curriculum focuses on providing students with learning opportunities that hone the competencies that they will require to be successful professionals in the highly complex business environment in this global age. As educators we seek to provide our students with a number of learning contexts, including traditional classroom interaction, Web-based instruction, internships and co-operative learning programs. Faculty members also actively participate in the University’s Global Virtual Faculty initiative to provide students with the opportunity to engage with faculty and practitioners in other countries. Our department offers a major in both Marketing and in Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate and graduate levels. All students at Silberman College of Business take, as part of the core program requirements, at least one course in Marketing and in Entrepreneurship during their course of study. If you need further information about courses and programs, we invite you to navigate through to the discipline pages for either Marketing or Entrepreneurship where you will find more information.
