and Metropolitan Campus (Teaneck/Hackensack)

Are you looking for a quality day camp program that will give your child fun and challenging experiences plus opportunities to make new friends?

Campers enrolled in FDU’s Camp Discovery will take part in stimulating programs including age appropriate learning experiences every day.  Our camp environment is a wonderful mix of a traditional camp experience with exciting opportunities for exploration.  Campers will make new friends, discover more about their world, and build self confidence.  Our caring counselors and certified teachers will ensure each child feels safe to try new things and make new friends.

Join us this year for a summer of friendship, exploration, and fun!

Science – fun hands-on, age-appropriate activities in chemistry, physics, biology, & aerodynamics.

Creative Arts - your child’s imagination will run free with activities in arts & crafts, painting, tie-dying, and sculpting.

Recreation – campers enjoy the outdoors playing kickball, soccer, tennis baseball, field day events, and more…

Theater/Dance – campers shine in a fun and creative musical review.

World Discovery – explore games and culture from around the world.

Explorer – hands-on projects and virtual travel prepare our campers for trip days.  Kitchen science or creative crafts and our fun game day finishes out the week.

Swimming (Madison only) – Campers enjoy games, free-play, and lessons in the beautiful modern 8-lane indoor pool.

Activities are developed by certified teachers and specialists.  Activities change each session so campers can enjoy exciting new projects all summer long.  Activities revolve around our field trips which serve as our weekly themes.
